Krzysztof Duszczyk - President of the Management Board
A graduate of the University of Physical Education in Gdańsk. He has had thirty years of experience in rail-related management. The professional career so far has been associated with PKP. Since the establishment of PKP Cargo S.A. director of the institutions in Gdynia, Wrocław and Poznań. He chaired and sat on many Supervisory Boards in companies from the railway industry, incl. PKP Cargo Connect, PKP Cargo Tabor, PKP Cargo Service. In 2000, he passed the exam for Candidates for Members of Supervisory Boards in State Treasury Companies before the Examination Committee at the Minister of State Treasury.
Hanna Mazur - Member of the Management Board
A graduate of the University of
Gdańsk. In 1997, she graduated from the Faculty of Philology with her master's
degree. He has experience in the activities and functioning of local
governments. For four years a councilor of the city of Gdynia.
Continuously in the years 2000 to
2018, she ran her own business, in which she achieved numerous successes and
significantly raised her qualifications. In addition, in the years 1995-1997
she worked as a commercial director of AllSpaw, gaining managerial
qualifications. She gained experience in the railway industry while working for
LOTOS Kolej Sp. z o.o. from 2016 to 2018 as a marketing and sales coordinator,
in which she successfully participated in numerous business initiatives. She is
interested in history, sports, gardening, tourism, playing chess, and in her
spare time she is active as the chairman of the Gazeta Polska Club.
Leszek Jakubów - Member of the Management Board
A graduate of the University of
Economics in Wrocław, MA in organization and management. Experienced,
competent, mature business Manager with excellent knowledge of issues related
to restructuring, capital market, change management, company finances, creating
and implementing business strategies. He gained professional experience in such
companies as: WPO S.A. RWE AG Group, KWB Konin S.A., ZE PAK Grupa Kapitałowa,
Grupa Supra S.A. In 2016-2018 as the logistics director at Grupa Azoty ZAK S.A.
He has many years of experience in the field of finance and management.
